Hi, everyone,

Answering health and medical reference questions can be challenging, as the questions are often sensitive in nature, are asked at what may be a crisis point in a patron's life, and can involve technical material. Want to feel more comfortable addressing these questions? Your National Network of Libraries of Medicine Pacific Northwest Region (NNLM PNR) has a webinar to help. Our very own Ann Glusker will present the RUSA Health and Medical Reference Guidelines. She also happens to be the chair of the ALA's Health and Medical Reference Committee who put together these guidelines.

No registration required.

Approved for 1 Medical Library Association CE credit for attending the live session or watching the recorded session.

When: Wednesday September 20, from 1:00 - 2:00pm PT.

How to connect: https://nnlm.gov/class/health-reference-and-you-ala-guidelines-best-practices-and-training-resources/7643

Hope you can attend and let me know if you have questions.
