[Libs-Or] library needs assessment questions

The McMinnville Public library would like to conduct a needs assessment in the next year or two. For those of you who have had experience with needs assessments I would love to hear:

*         Who conducted the needs assessment?

*         What was the cost of the assessment?

*         Who paid for the assessment?

*         How did you use the assessment once it was completed?

*         Any other tips you would like to share
