[Libs-Or] New District Librarian

[Diedre Conkling]

The Lincoln County Library District will have a new District Librarian
starting on Monday, August 20.  I hope all of you will give her a warm
welcome as a new public library director to the state. 😂

MaryKay Dahlgreen will be taking over my job and joining the great group of
librarians and library staff we have in Lincoln County.
