[Libs-Or] Courier Request for Proposal samples

Does anyone have an RFP for a county-wide courier that they would be willing to share?  We need to "shop" for a courier and would be interested in what other Oregon libraries look for in a courier system before we start from scratch.  Thanks in advance.
