[Libs-Or] Email archive software

[Oregon Trail Library District Director]

Good Morning out there. We here at OTLD are switching from Centurylink email to Outlook based email. Do your libraries use software that archives emails? I just got off the phone with the state record retention department and that is what they suggest. We are also trying to figure out how to save some of the Centurylink emails that does not involve individual forwarding. Any help is greatly appreciated.
