[Libs-Or] Accessing Ancestry with iBoss filter

** Please forgive cross-postings **

Our IT department recently updated our wiring, servers, and software. Among these changes was switching to iBoss for filtering out illegal content on our public desktops.

We also subscribe to Ancestry, which relies on our public IP address to authenticate. Unfortunately, we've noticed that iBoss is assigning the public computers different public IP addresses, which all differ from the actual IP address of our network. Now our patrons using the public computers can't access Ancestry.

Do any of you use both Ancestry and iBoss? If so, do you have any insights on on how to configure iBoss so that databases that use IP-based authentication will work?

Thanks for your help!

Cheers!
Buzzy Nielsen
