Hello everyone,

For the next PNR Rendezvous webinar on November 14 at 1pm, we are hosting staff from the National Library of Medicine's Exhibition Program to tell us about how they are taking steps to reach more people through their wonderful exhibits on topics of history, literature, health professions, health issues and more.

And, here at the NNLM PNR we are excited to offer an exclusive opportunity NNLM PNR network members to book one of the upcoming traveling exhibitions.

Until December 15, 2018, NNLM PNR members are invited to sign up to host an exhibition<https://nnlm.gov/members/nlm-traveling-exhibition>, for a 6-week booking period of your first or second choice from January 2019 through April 2021. (Note: you must be an NNLM PNR member to sign up. However, if your organization is not a member yet, it is easy to join<https://nnlm.gov/members/join-network>). You can learn more about this opportunity on our blog<https://news.nnlm.gov/pnr/traveling-exhibits-2/>.

Each host will be responsible for the cost and arrangements for outgoing shipping from their location to the next host of the exhibit. To help with shipping costs, Network members can apply for a mini-outreach award<https://nnlm.gov/pnr/funding/mini-outreach>!

For more information about the NLM traveling exhibits, be sure to attend the webinar featured below.

PNR Rendezvous webinar session: "New Horizons for NLM Traveling Exhibitions"

When: Wednesday November 14 at 1:00pm PT

The National Library of Medicine (NLM) traveling exhibitions<https://www.nlm.nih.gov/hmd/about/exhibition/index.html> are designed to engage diverse audiences about a variety of topics in the history of medicine, enhancing awareness of and appreciation for the collection and health information resources of the National Library of Medicine. The NLM Exhibition Program will soon introduce a new engagement initiative for customers hosting one of its traveling exhibitions. The new engagement initiative will help strengthen the connections host venues make to NLM collections and health information resources as part of their hosting of an NLM traveling exhibition. This PNR Rendezvous webinar will serve as an introduction to this new initiative.

How to connect: go to the PNR Rendezvous web page<https://nnlm.gov/classes/pnr-rendezvous> for complete information

Come and learn how you can host a future exhibit!
