[Libs-Or] New issue of OLA Quarterly: Lots of Ways to Be a Leader

This new issue of the OLA Quarterly was inspired by the first Leadership
Institute of the Oregon Library Association (LIOLA). The theme is "Lots of
Ways to Be a Leader," and the Guest Editor is Jane Scheppke, Assistant
Director of Library Services at Crook County Library. It contains seven
articles written by current and future Oregon library leaders, who made a
significant effort to share their experiences and knowledge with all of us.
