Dear Oregon Library Community –

As some of you know, I will be retiring on August 31st after 20 years with Emporia.

It gives me great pleasure to introduce the new Oregon SLIM Program Director, Jeana Menger!  She started on July 15th so that we can overlap for a while, and she now has her Emporia email address – jmenger at emporia.edu .  Her phone number is 503-223-8280.

Jeana is a 2014 Oregon SLIM alum and is coming back to SLIM after having worked as a knowledge manager in the IT dept at Portland General Electric (PGE).  She is also passionate about children’s services and resources and is finishing up her year as co-chair of the Children’s Services Division (CSD) of OLA.

Please welcome Jeana and know that the Emporia MLS Program will be in very strong and capable hands.  :-)
