The library community is cordially invited to attend the graduation ceremony for the 18th Oregon MLS cohort of Emporia State University's School of Library & Information Management (SLIM), to be held on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at 1:00 pm in the main floor meeting room at the University of Oregon, Portland campus<https://pdx.uoregon.edu/>.



The commencement speaker will be Kristine Alpi, the University Librarian at the Oregon Health & Sciences University.  We will also hear from the Oregon State Librarian, Jennifer Patterson, and OLA President, Esther Moberg.



SLIM's dean, Dr. Wooseob Jeong, will be participating, and he welcomes the opportunity to meet Oregon library staff.
