[Libs-Or] Find a Library Feature on Libraries of Oregon web site is down

Thanks to everyone who has reported errors on the Libraries of Oregon<https://librariesoforegon.org/> "Find a Library" web page

The State Library is working with our hosting partners at the Oregon State University Libraries to resolve the technical problem with accessing directory information.

In the meantime, the Oregon Library Directory<http://libdir.osl.state.or.us/> is another resource that can be used to locate address and contact information for Oregon Libraries. Please feel free to direct library users to this site.
