[Libs-Or] Patron accommodation question

For what it's worth, The WHO doesn't recognize this syndrome. From
https://www.who.int/peh-emf/publications/facts/fs296/en/

"EHS has no clear diagnostic criteria and there is no scientific basis to
link EHS symptoms to EMF exposure. Further, EHS is not a medical diagnosis,
nor is it clear that it represents a single medical problem."

and suggests that individuals suffering from these symptoms consult with
a doctor to find the underlying cause:

*"* Treatment of affected individuals should focus on the health symptoms
and the clinical picture, and not on the person's perceived need for
reducing or eliminating EMF in the workplace or home. This requires a
medical evaluation to identify and treat any specific conditions that may
be responsible for the symptoms."
