*Job Description:*

We are currently seeking a Digital Asset Librarian and Asset Management
Lead to join our Digital Asset and Media Management Center of Excellence
team (DAMM COE).  DAMM COE is part of Enterprise Creative Solutions (ECS);
the in-house advertising agency for Bank of America based in Wilmington,
Delaware.
The Digital Asset Librarian and Asset Management Lead works to
appropriately manage the ingestion, request, fulfillment, and archiving of
digital asset needs and requirements across the global organization.  The
Lead manages the day-to-day work of the Asset Librarians on the team,
supports the digital strategy and systems for ECS and the Bank and ensures
the delivery and satisfaction of our Clients in the space.


Work on DAMM COE is agile, ever changing and evolving.  The Lead reports to
the Director of DAMM COE and is tasked with projects that include support
for the continual evolution of our DAM system, management and reporting on
workflow and volume for the Asset Team, Client interface, asset lifecycle
modeling and implementation, metadata and taxonomy design, partnered
governance implementation and management, digital application forecasting,
risk management, vendor engagement, process recommendation and
implementation within necessary and appropriate standards, user support and
system integration.

Qualifications/Desired Skills:

• Masters degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS), related degree
or commensurate experience.
• Solid theoretical understanding and practical expertise with standards
and methods for media content use, retention and management.
• 3+ years experience with a Digital Asset Management, Media Asset
Management or Content Management system application.
• Established knowledge and experience in application of metadata schemas,
nomenclature and taxonomies.
• Ability to contribute to projects with critical thought and insight to
facilitate the integration of innovative practices and tools to enhance the
team’s digital capabilities.
• Ability to conduct functional analysis, conceptual, analytic and
innovative problem-solving ability to provide insightful solutions for
automated workflow efficiencies and establish best practices for system
navigation and content search and retrieval.
• Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, oral and written communication
skills in English, as well as the ability, appreciation and understanding
to work effectively in an inclusive, engaging, diverse, fast paced and
dynamic work environment.
• Excellent presentation and presentation creation/orchestration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment across
disciplines and management levels.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and deliver, within tight or diminished
timeframes, a large volume of work effectively, efficiently and
appropriately.
• Records management, reporting and forecasting experience.
• Graphic Design background or experience preferred.
