[Libs-Or] Need help looking for a title

[Alisa Williams]

I have a patron who is looking for a book that she read some time back. She
does not recall the title or the author but remembers finding the book by
way of the New York Times book review (could be 2018 or 19). The plot
details are murky: takes place in Asia, the mother is an actress (possibly
of the B-movie variety). The book is from the perspective of the daughter.
The patron also remembered that the writer is a woman and that it had a
"lurid bright colored cover".
