Hi all,

The US Senate confirmed Crosby Kemper III yesterday as the new director of the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), and he'll serve a 4-year term in that position through 2023. Kemper was previously the CEO of the Kansas City (MO) Public Library for about 15 years.

And a piece from the Kansas City Star:

The IMLS is the federal agency through which Oregon and all other states and territories receive LSTA funding.
