[Libs-Or] Where we are with OLA 2020

Good Morning,

I am writing to let you know the OLA Executive Board and Conference
Committee are in conversation about the upcoming Annual Conference, with no
decisions yet made.  The Conference Committee meets on Monday, and OLA
should have a decision on moving forward by the middle of next week.
