[Libs-Or] Libraries and 3-D printer masks?

I've read that there are some serious compliance concerns with printing
masks for public/mass use but 3D printers could still be useful in printing
masks for personal (non-medical worker) use, other protective equipment,
and any parts that don't need to be sterile.
