Hi Doug,

Here at Multnomah County Library we've got a decent collection of readers
for adult English language learners. You can find them in the MCL catalog
by doing a subject search for "readers for new literates" and then limiting
the audience to "adult"
<https://multcolib.bibliocommons.com/v2/search?f_AUDIENCE=adult&query=%22Readers+for+New+Literates%22&searchType=subject>
(and right now you'll also need to deselect the "Access online" filter on
the search results page in order to see the collection of physical books).

It looks like many of them are from Pearson
<https://readers.english.com/about/for-teens-and-adults> and Oxford
Bookworms
<https://elt.oup.com/catalogue/items/global/graded_readers/oxford_bookworms_library/?cc=global&selLanguage=en&mode=hub>
.
