Greetings,

The OLA Staff Training Round Table needs your help to serve Oregon
libraries better.  Please give us your quick feedback on your library’s
staff training needs.

The Staff Training Round Table (STRT) is a resource for any library staff
member who is involved with staff training at their library. Membership in
this group will allow libraries across the state to discuss current
training issues and best practices, share resources, and collaborate on
building future training to meet the needs of an ever-evolving profession.

Since the OLA conference was canceled, we missed the opportunity to meet
with you and brainstorm together about how STRT can best serve its members
and the OLA community.  So please share your ideas and insights in one of
these three ways.

   Drop in sessions with current or past members of the STRT Board. Join us
   for casual conversations to meet and share ideas at whichever time works
   best for your schedule.  No registration necessary.

   you would be interested in learning about?
