[Libs-Or] online equity and inclusion training

I understand online is not the best way to do this but I have been asked a question and am trying to answer it.  If there are other training situations that would work under the current circumstances (not being able to gather), I would like to hear about those too.

For a plethora of reasons, this kind of training shouldn't be done online.
