[Libs-Or] Accessible Computer Station

Hello,
 
I've been looking into setting up an accessible computer station in our library. Has anyone else done this?  To what degree?  Beyond Windows10's already embedded options.  Larger monitor?  Special Software?  Special Hardware?  Curious what anyone else may have done.  Did you make adjustments based on community needs?
 
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
