[Libs-Or] looking for a speaker

Hello -
Hoping the collection mind can help out.  Does anyone know of a speaker that can give a talk about libraries being in parks and how great that is or, in absence of that, someone who can speak to the economic impacts libraries have on a city/neighborhood.  The audience would be non-library professionals but library supporters so they need to have a certain amount of entertainment factor while telling the story (make everyone feel all fuzzy and warm at the end).  Also preferably someone in Oregon, if possible.  Thank you.
