[Libs-Or] LGBTQ+ Graphic novel title

Hello Oh Wise Great Brain!!!

I'm looking for a bit of assistance in locating a graphic novel!  Subject matter is LGBT+, title was given as "Transitioning", and is about, predictably, transitioning!  I couldn't find anything by that title that appeared to be the correct title, based on the patron's viewing of the cover art of the titles I could find, which may mean I can't spell, but more likely means that wasn't the correct title!  Also didn't know the author's name, so no help there!

Does this ring a bell?
