Dear Friends of Oregon Libraries,

To better serve Oregon's library community, the Oregon Library Association
has prepared a survey and invites members and nonmembers of OLA to
participate. The survey was developed by the OLA Strategic Planning
working group, with input from the OLA Board, OLA Equity, Diversity, and
Inclusion Task Force, and OLA Fundraising Committee. The survey will help
inform OLA's strategic planning and future initiatives.

Please click here to take the survey. <https://forms.gle/pQh9gXTVUAHkzxD57>

The survey should take about 10 minutes and all questions are optional.

As an incentive for participation, two $45 gift cards for an independent
bookstore of winner’s choice will be awarded to two individuals who choose
to *include their name and email address at the end of the survey.* This
identifying information will be kept separate from the survey responses,
and all information collected will remain anonymous.

The survey runs from today through Friday, June 11. Please let me know if
you have any questions, and thanks for your consideration and participation.

Sincerely,

Kate Lasky
