UO Libraries Position Announcement:

The Electronic Resources Acquisitions Specialist (Library Technician 3) position is responsible for a broad set of assignments related to ordering, acquiring, and maintaining access to electronic resources, including ordering, renewing, and maintaining electronic journal packages; reconciling changes in publishers/vendors for ongoing online titles within packages; and assisting with renewals of other e-resources. This position also verifies that invoices are correct for payment, activates resources, sets up and monitors the auto-update of collections, maintains access and holdings information, works with vendors, and provides a bridge point for personnel from various units to shepherd e-resources through successive workflow steps.
