University of Oregon Libraries is seeking an Electronic Resources Acquisitions Specialist.

The Electronic Resources Acquisitions Specialist works as part of a team to ensure new and continuing access to electronic resources. Duties include: ordering, renewing, and maintaining electronic journal packages; reconciling changes in publishers/vendors for ongoing online titles within packages; assisting with renewals of other e-resources; verifying that invoices are correct for payment; activating resources, setting up and monitoring the auto-update of collections; maintaining access and holdings information; working with vendors; filing and responding to trouble tickets; providing a bridge point for staff from various units to shepherd e-resources through successive workflow steps; and creating and updating documentation.
