[Libs-Or] Training on Gale resources available in October

The State Library is currently offering an opportunity to schedule in person training for library staff on using Gale library databases<https://www.galepages.com/oregon_pages/databases> during October.

Oregon's Gale trainer, Stacey Knibloe, will be in Oregon for the Oregon Association for School Libraries conference<https://sites.google.com/oasl.olaweb.org/oasl2023/home> in Lincoln City on Oct. 14, 2023 and is happy to arrange other sessions with Oregon libraries on October 12 or 13.

If you are interested in arranging a session with Stacey, please contact me with the following information by August 24, 2023.


  *   Preferred date of training session (Oct. 12 or 13?)
  *   Preferred length of training session (1, 2, or 3 hours?)
  *   Style of training (show and tell presentation or hands-on learning?)
  *   Databases to cover (General overview, coverage by subject, or specific database? See this list of Gale databases<https://www.galepages.com/oregon_pages/databases> for options available)

If we have more requests than can be met with Stacey's time here in October, we can arrange other training sessions at other times, either virtually with Stacey or in-person with State Library staff.
