[Libs-Or] New language materials for promoting Affordable Connectivity Program

The Federal Communications Commission recently launched a Spanish-language version<AccedeaInternet.gov> of the Affordable Connectivity Program<https://getinternet.gov/apply?ln=RW5nbGlzaA%3D%3D>, which provides discounts to Internet services and devices. Anyone enrolled in programs Medicaid, SNAP, WIC, or meets other household income requirements may qualify.

There are also additional supporting materials<https://www.affordableconnectivity.gov/help/tools/#instructions> for the program and promotional materials in Arabic<https://www.fcc.gov/acp-toolkit-arabic>, Chinese-Traditional<https://www.fcc.gov/acp-toolkit-chinese-traditional>, Chinese-Simplified<https://www.fcc.gov/acp-toolkit-chinese-simplified>, French<https://www.fcc.gov/acp-toolkit-french>, Haitian-Creole<https://www.fcc.gov/acp-toolkit-haitian-creole>, Korean<https://www.fcc.gov/acp-toolkit-korean>, Portuguese<https://www.fcc.gov/acp-toolkit-portuguese>, Russian<https://www.fcc.gov/acp-toolkit-russian>, Spanish<https://www.fcc.gov/acp-toolkit-spanish>, Tagalog<https://www.fcc.gov/acp-toolkit-tagalog>, and Vietnamese<https://www.fcc.gov/acp-toolkit-vietnamese> now available.
