[Libs-Or] Advice on process for serving alcohol in library

Hi folks,

Our library/foundation wants to host gallery openings for exhibits in the library. It's been many years since we served alcohol and it required a lot of licenses, insurance and such. Does anyone have tips, a checklist, or vendor ideas they can share?
