[Libs-Or] ATMs in library?

Hi all,

Do you have an ATM in your library? Our library got rid of our credit card machine when they charged us more in the minimum monthly fee than we were taking in. ($80+)

Now, it is rare people can pay with check and often with cash.

If you have an ATM, who "owns" it - the city, library, friends?
Does the owner get a share of the fee charged for withdrawals?

What other information should we consider?
