[Libs-Or] People for Oregon Libraries donations?

We have been in the process of reorganizing a bit. In the past we have been
able to use accounts and mailing addresses set up by the OLA Lobbyist but
we have decided to go in a different direction. We felt that there needs to
be a little more separation between the PAC and OLA, even though the PAC
continues to exist to support OLA goals. Making this change is taking a
little longer than we hoped.

We know that many people like to make end of the year donations to the PAC.
That may not be possible this year. We will let you know when we get new
accounts and mail set up.
