[Libs-Or] Cultural passes for events

Hello everyone!

I am working on adding a cultural pass to our library for a local organization that has events. I see that some libraries, like the Multnomah County Library<https://multcolib.org/my-discovery-pass>, has passes for the Portland Oprea and the Portland Columbia Symphony. It looks like a patron reserves the pass and then calls a number to select what performance they want to attend. We do not have an online system for cultural passes like Multnomah has, so I'm trying to figure this out with a physical pass that a patron would check out. Has anyone done cultural passes like this for performances or events without an online system? If so, would you please share how you set it up for your library?
