What we are in need of are 2 volunteers to work as room monitors during our sponsored sessions on April 17th. This is a great way to get involved at the conference and chat with some of our exciting presenters. Link to OLA's list of conference sessions. Room monitor duties include: -Arrive early and stay throughout the session: -Check the room before the session to make sure tech, water and layout needs are met -Introduce the speaker -Take a room count and send to Steve Silver and Judith Marie (will give you their emails) by April 25. -Distribute and collect any session evaluations for your unit.
