[Local-Gov-News] Local Government Pool Toll Free Phone Lines Currently Down

We have just learned that both our toll free Voice Response System (VRS) phone number of 1-877-888-1767, and our toll free Local Government Customer Service phone number of 1-800-452-0345 are currently down.  We are working with the phone company to get both toll free lines operating again.

Until this issue is resolved, if you have a transfer request you need to process, you can reach our Voice Response System (VRS) by calling 503-378-4934.  If you need to reach a Local Government Customer Service Representative, please you may do so by calling 503-378-4633.

We will provide an update once our normal Toll Free lines are operating normally.
