[Local-Gov-News] Monthly LGIP Transaction Fees Delayed

Monthly Treasury fees for ACH and Account Transfers were not charged to Local Government Pool accounts yesterday (3/31/16).  These monthly fees will be assessed against pool accounts today (4/1/16).
