PFM Asset Management Joins U.S. Bank
U.S. Bank's subsidiary, U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, has closed its purchase of PFM Asset Management<https://pfmam.com/newsroom/detail?title=u.s.-bank-completes-acquisition-of-pfm-asset-management&type=news> effective today. PFM Asset Management will continue to operate as a separate entity under the terms of the deal, and the key staff and technology that support the Local Government Investment Pool will remain in place.
