Public Depositor Annual Verification
To support the Public Funds Collateralization Program, public officials must annually update their contact information as well as the names of all banks and credit unions where their entities currently deposit public funds.

Last month, Treasury e-mailed verification requests to established contacts at entities that have previously reported. Each e-mail indicates a response deadline and includes an attachment with detailed instructions and a copy of the last-reported information.

If you are unsure whether your entity received a request or has responded, contact program staff at public.funds at ost.state.or.us<mailto:public.funds at ost.state.or.us>.
