Treasury is currently recruiting for an Operations and Policy Analyst 4 (Strategy and Resilience Manager<https://oregon.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/SOR_External_Career_Site/job/Salem--Treasury--Hawthorne-Avenue/Strategy-and-Resilience-Manager_REQ-139526>) to manage strategy and resilience efforts for its Finance Division. This is a non-supervisory management service position with the opportunity for a mix of in-office and remote work. Responsibilities include development and maintenance of strategic and business continuation plans to improve the readiness and resiliency of Treasury's critical operations. Demonstrated experience working with state or large government entities-including experience with and knowledge of fiscal, budgetary, legal, and other related activities-and previous supervisory, management, or leadership skills are desired. The recruitment is currently scheduled to close October 30.
