Course Description
The Introduction to Managing Projects class is available to all state employees, and local governments. It is intended for project managers, project sponsors, team members, or anyone interested in learning the basics. This 4-day interactive learning and real life examples course teaches best practices and fundamental skills needed to successfully complete projects based on PMI's Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK).
