Good morning,
There are seats available for the New to Public Management virtual class.  This is two half day sessions done virtually via Zoom. The class is for experienced managers who are new to Oregon state government. This course provides seasoned managers the information and tools they need to transition their prior experience in the private sector to the state government environment. Topics include an overview of Oregon state government, state budgeting, managing in a union environment, procurement, and risk management.
