Good morning,
There are seats open in the upcoming DAS - CHRO - Stakeholder Engagement & Communication class on February 24, 2022.  This class will be conducted virtually via Zoom.  Please pass this on to others who may be interested.

DAS - CHRO - Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
The Stakeholder Engagement & Communication class is one of the courses from the Introduction to Business Analysis (IBA) training series. This introductory course will teach the basic tools and methods for stakeholder engagement planning, identification, assessment, communication planning, and management. This course will cover stakeholder engagement planning, stakeholder identification, stakeholder assessment  and prioritization, communications matrix and planning, and collaboration techniques. This is an overlapping skillset between the discipline of Business Analysis and Project Management and critical to the success of both roles.

The audience for this class is Oregon state government or other governmental employees who are performing the Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Planning function, regardless of job title, or anyone new to the Business Analyst or Project Management role.
