Good morning, everyone,
There are seats open in the upcoming Solution Selection class on June 28, 2022.  This class will be conducted virtually via Zoom.  Please pass this on to others who may be interested.

DAS - CHRO - IBA Solution Selection
The focus of this course is how to assess whether or not a solution has achieved the desired business results by comparing the actual results of acceptance testing to the expected or desired values, as defined by the acceptance criteria. This course will cover how to plan for solution selection and evaluate the results. This introductory course will teach the basics on how to determine the approach and analyze requirements to define acceptance criteria, verify, validate and prioritize requirements, monitor/traceability, analyze product risks, assess product options, methods, tools & techniques.

The audience for this class is Oregon state government or other governmental employees who are performing the Solution Analysis function, regardless of job title or anyone new to the Business Analyst or Project Management role.
