[MyOEBB] OEBB - MyOEBB Report Mart is now available

Good morning,

We are happy to announce Report Mart is now available in MyOEBB Administrative Module.  Below are some reports you may want to consider during this time of the year.


  *   Subscriber Open Enrollment Activity Contact Info (New)
This report is similar Subscriber Open Enrollment Activity with less demographic information. It also includes the email address so you can contact the employee if need be.


  *   Unsaved Enrollments
This report includes all pending type enrollments:

D - Saved coverage with requested amount
DU - Unsaved coverage with requested amount
M - Coverage being worked on
U - Unsaved coverage


  *   No_Medical_Dental_or_Vision_2016
This report includes only those who have open employment types and have not finished enrolling in a medical, dental or vision benefit. It includes declines for vision or dental which were not ended from last year.


  *   Entity Salary by Emp-Mem
Use this report to check updates to the salaries.  This report is especially handy the day after a perm file has been processed.


  *   Entity Subscriber Address
This report includes the employees addresses and effective date (Sdate) so you can tell if the employee went in during open enrollment and updated their address.


  *   Subscriber Imputed Value
This report lists subscribers who would have an imputed value to their plans. It lists the plans and the recommended imputed value and premium.


  *   List Entity Opt-Out and Waive by Last Name
List of subscribers who have opted out or waived medical coverage. Enter 10/01/2016 to get new plan year.
