[NWDigitalProjects] Summer Harvest - Northwest Digital Heritage - Digital Public Library of America

The Northwest Digital Heritage hub grew to include over 830,000 records from 250+ institutions this summer, welcoming new content from the University of Idaho Library's Digital Initiatives<https://dp.la/search?partner=%22Northwest+Digital+Heritage%22&provider=%22University+of+Idaho%22&page=1&sort_by=&sort_order=&list_view=list&page_size=100> and the Western Oregon University Archives and Special Collections<https://dp.la/search?partner=%22Northwest+Digital+Heritage%22&sort_by=title&sort_order=asc&list_view=list&page_size=100&provider=%22Western+Oregon+University%22>. New records were included from existing contributors as well.

One highlight from the latest harvest is a set of regional college football and basketball game<https://dp.la/search?q=football+OR+basketball&partner=%22Northwest+Digital+Heritage%22&type=%22moving+image%22&page=1> films/recordings dating back as far as 1916.

And the power of regional data aggregation is evident in a simple search on "Olympic Games"<https://nwdh.dp.la/search?q=olympic%20games> in the hub's DPLA Local site<https://nwdh.dp.la/search?q=olympic%20games>.
