Please join the Northwest Archivists' Audio and Moving Images Round Table
(AMIR) for the spring brown bag virtual on *Monday 3/25 at 12:00 PM Pacific
time*. This session will be presented by Andrew Weaver from the University
of Washington Libraries.
Home to the UW Ethnomusicology Archive and the UW Moving Image Archive, the
University of Washington Libraries houses one of the largest audiovisual
collections in the Pacific Northwest. Andrew will present an overview of
preservation work on the audio, video and film at UW. Topics will include
ongoing projects, workflows and tools for digitization, methods of quality
control and common challenges.
