[OLA-IF-News] Publishers implementing big changes for ebooks and downloadable audio books

If you haven't already heard, or just want to learn more, here are some
articles about the changes some of the big publishers are implementing
around their ebook/digital audiobook sales to libraries. This will
certainly have an impact on our patrons and our budgets. Access and equity
are major concerns as libraries become less able to provide for their
patrons under these changes.
