[OMS_MANAGERS] Holiday Lights on Buildings

[Norah Owings]

 Do any of your organizations put up Holiday Lights on the buildings in
downtown? If so do you contract out, have volunteers, or do the building
owners do it?

Also does anyone have a suggestion of string/tube/etc lights that they've
used that don't go out in one season?
