[OMS_MANAGERS] Updates from Oregon Main Street

Sheri,
Last year I had made some inquiries about Main Street grants and I need an
update of what's possible as things have changed rather substantially in
Turner. After two years of negotiation we purchased the historic ball
brothers gas station and dealership property in the center of town on July
1. We have multiple remediation grants and loans through Karen’s Brown's
field program at business Oregon. As well as a redevelopment grant for
planning through Marion County.
I have been hoping to apply for the Oregon Main Street revitalization grant
that, if it's annual, will be due in February March this coming year.
However, the guidance on last year's application and your email below don't
fit together.
Turner has only been in affiliate of the Main Street program. First, I want
to be sure whether we can apply for such a major grant as an affiliate.
Second, I'm wondering if we moved up in the commitment in the different
levels in Main Street if that gets us higher priority points or ranking for
funding for this grant application.
Thank you Sheri.

As I get back into this, from what I see there is no grant program
available for the exploring level?
