[OMS_MANAGERS] Downtown Strategic Plans

Hello Main Street Mangers and Directors,

Our city is about to put out an RFP for a Downtown Strategic Plan and I would love some suggestions as to what companies you have used and have had good luck with.  I have talked with Michele Reaves and know her work, but the city needs to go through the competitive process, so having a few other suggestions would be great.
