[OMS_MANAGERS] Mural Competion

[Milton-Freewater Downtown Alliance]

I need your help.  We have just learned that we have funding for a mural
art competition but it needs to be spent before May 15  - so I need to have
the competition organized, judged and the winning art installed in the next
3 1/2 months.  Those of you who have conducted a mural competition (and
based on what I learned at the OMS conference last fall and recent emails I
know there are many of you) would you be willing to share your
competition guidelines/rules, application and adjudication process with
me?
